Mr. Onyezia is a Founding Member and Partner of Onyezia & Dailey LLP and an experienced real estate attorney with a stellar reputation in the legal community. Mr. Onyezia practices in the real estate departments of the firm, with specializations in Real Estate sale and purchase closings, Commercial and Residential Property Tax appeals, Notice drafting, Lease drafting and review, and Evictions. He regularly litigates on behalf of property owners, successfully representing clients in obtaining countless orders, verdicts, and settlements. His hands-on approach and personal experience in the subject matter allows him to relate and succeed in these matters.
Mr. Onyezia is also a licensed and practicing real estate broker who possesses a unique insight in the review and/or preparation of your real estate contracts and disclosures, and the all-important negotiation of the purchase price, prorations, and closing credits.
Mr. Onyezia was born and raised in Chicago and has a proven history of Service and experience which helps support his main mission; to make sure those that come after have the same, if not more of the opportunities that he had growing up.

SHOMARI DAILEY
Mr. Dailey’s practice encompasses the representation of individual and institutional clients in real estate and construction transactional forums where he provides counseling and litigates intricate issues on their behalf. Mr. Dailey’s proven history of serving small community non-for profits, and large corporate and not-for-profit entities, both as a legal representative and civil servant, makes him uniquely qualified to serve his diverse clientele.
Mr. Dailey has served as lead counsel in the coordination, preparation and trial/arbitration of many cases that have established the standard for investigating, defending management rights. Mr. Dailey has successfully arbitrated and litigated, from inception through trial and on appeal, on a variety of complex real estate matters.
By concentrating his practice exclusively on real estate and construction law, Mr. Dailey can provide his clients with an understanding of the subtleties, including most recent changes in property laws, landlord-tenant rights, tax appeals, and contract law.
